Software Engineer

Salary: $73000 - 102000 per year Requirements: We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong experience designing and delivering scalable cloud-native systems on AWS. We value proven expertise in architecture, backend engineering, APIs, microservices, and infrastructure as code using tools such as AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform. We expect deep knowledge of relational database concepts, including data architecture, operational data stores, interface processes, multidimensional modeling, master data management, and data manipulation. We seek hands-on experience with custom ETL design, implementation, and ongoing support. We look for substantial experience building and iterating data pipelines with big data technologies. We prefer candidates who have worked effectively on cross-functional teams and helped build data services from the ground up. Strong communication skills are important, including the ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into effective solutions. Responsibilities: We will rely on you to architect, design, and implement complex cloud-native applications on AWS. You will help shape technical decisions related to scalability, reliability, security, and performance. You will own services end to end, from initial design through production support. You will develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices. You will implement infrastructure as code with AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform. You will promote best practices in system design, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD. You will optimize AWS environments for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. You will help ensure security, compliance, and observability standards are met. You will troubleshoot and resolve high-impact production incidents. You will mentor junior and mid-level engineers and participate in code reviews. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, DevOps teams, and leadership.
