Software Engineer AI Inference

Salary: $215000 - 369000 per year Requirements: We require an active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph. We are looking for deep expertise in AI/ML, Python software engineering, Linux systems, and CNO. We value experience using modern AI development tools, including Claude Code. We seek someone with a strong track record of engaging stakeholders, interpreting requirements, and designing scalable, high-impact solutions. We need proven ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues. We expect the candidate to be comfortable working in an in-person environment. Responsibilities: We build and support software engineering solutions on our enterprise AI inference team. We develop and maintain the platform that underpins our customers AI capabilities, with a focus on inference services and related AI-enabled applications. We design, implement, and tune infrastructure for large-scale AI model inference. We collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective technical solutions. We investigate and resolve challenging issues in live production settings. We work as a small, agile team that delivers mission-critical outcomes quickly.
