Software Engineer, AI CAD Workflow Automation

📋 Description Design and build scalable internal tools to automate CAD drawings. Translate physical requirements into software designs and CAD scripts. Teach engineers to use AI-assisted CAD workflows. Collaborate with mechanical, software, and systems teams on CAD outputs. Establish standards and runbooks for reviewing AI-generated CAD outputs. Debug workflows across CAD software and data pipelines. 🎯 Requirements Experience as an independent software engineer building deployable services/tools. Experience with CAD systems via scripts or parametric APIs (SolidWorks/Onshape/AutoCAD). Hands-on AI-assisted workflows, automation scripts, or agentic frameworks. Ability to write technical runbooks, usage guides, and training material. Strong Python or C++ skills with CAD API familiarity.
