Software Engineer 2 - Product Feature

📋 Description Work with the Tech Lead, Eng Manager, and Product Manager to deliver features. Mentor junior team members on the Product Features team. Own reliability of features with unit and integration tests. Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot customer issues. Communicate asynchronously with the team; show initiative and ownership. Raise engineering excellence and share knowledge within the team. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years backend engineering with distributed systems (Python, Golang). End-to-end platform ownership; design and delivery at scale. Low-latency, high-throughput systems; SQL/NoSQL; monitoring and incident response. Architectural thinking; design docs; cross-team technical direction. Growth mindset; increasing impact and ownership.
