📋 Description Design backend services powering search, remediation, and quarantine for multi-tenant email. Scope, develop, and deliver features end-to-end with Tech Lead and PM. Own reliability of systems, including tests, observability, production readiness. Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot customer issues. Contribute to API design for customer-facing REST endpoints. Mentor junior engineers and raise engineering bar through code reviews. 🎯 Requirements BS degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years backend development and distributed systems Experience building features from scratch and operating in production Experience with distributed teams and asynchronous communication Experience improving service reliability, resiliency, observability Strong fundamentals in CS, data structures, and system design
