📋 Description Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and reliability Build backend services to smooth onboarding and enable self-serve for customers Design scalable systems with end-to-end onboarding visibility Develop core backends for tenant management, orchestration, and setup tooling Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions Build reliable APIs and backend architectures for enterprise onboarding at scale 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of professional software development experience Backend development with Python and/or Golang Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Experience building scalable, enterprise-grade applications Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Strong fundamentals in CS, data structures, debugging, and performance optimization 🎁 Benefits AI-Augmented Development Challenge (2–4 hours take-home) Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools like Cursor and Copilot Hybrid work arrangement in Bangalore, India
