Software Development Engineer II (Mobile - Flutter)

📋 Description Architect high-perf, scalable mobile software from design to long-term stability. Build production-grade Flutter apps used by thousands daily. Leverage LLMs/AI to write, refactor, test, and debug with guardrails. Develop and maintain shared tooling, frameworks, and libraries. Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to ship full-stack features. Improve app performance, test coverage, code health, and build stability. Stay on AI/LLM tech, Flutter best practices, and mobile architecture patterns. Bonus: Contributions to AI tooling or Flutter OSS. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years engineering experience (SDE II/III), including 3+ years in Flutter/Dart. Ability to architect maintainable, modular mobile systems. Mastery of Flutter internals, widget lifecycle, perf, and state mgmt (Provider, Freezed, Bloc, MobX). Experience with Protobuf/gRPC in Dart. Track record of shipping large-scale mobile apps in production. Fluent in REST API design, mobile CI/CD, and Git workflows. Strong AI-driven tool knowledge: prompt engineering, LLM code gen, tests, review automation. Familiar with hallucination mitigation (code constraints, tests, embeddings). Excellent communication in distributed, asynchronous teams. Bonus: contributions to AI tooling or Flutter OSS.
