Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment Qualifications Required Skills and Experience 3-5 years of relevant software development experience Strong experience with React or similar frontend technologies Proficiency in a typed backend language, such as TypeScript or Go Experience building RESTful APIs Hands-on experience with MongoDB or relational databases Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and system design concepts Ability to debug issues across frontend and backend environments Experience with AWS or another major cloud provider Familiarity with AWS architecture, AWS App Mesh, and cloud development principles Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps workflows Experience using AI-assisted development tools Ability to review code and provide constructive technical feedback Understanding of Agile development methodologies Strong attention to detail when implementing UI components for clinicians and staff Effective communication, active listening, and cross-functional collaboration skills Demonstrated adaptability, accountability, accuracy, and precision Nice to Have Familiarity with React Native Experience with real-time communication technologies, such as WebSockets, WebRTC, or Firebase Experience writing unit or integration tests Understanding of security and compliance considerations for sensitive data Familiarity with HIPAA requirements Familiarity with design tools such as Figma Experience contributing to design systems Responsibilities Build responsive, user-focused web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks. Develop backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrations that support clinical and patient-facing workflows. Design and maintain database structures using SQL or NoSQL technologies. Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and define technical approaches for healthcare scenarios. Investigate and resolve issues across the technology stack to ensure stable production performance. Translate design concepts into polished UI components that support efficient clinical decision-making. Contribute to cloud-based deployments and assist with basic DevOps tasks. Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering quality and consistency. Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation. Implement logging and monitoring practices to maintain visibility into system behavior. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to support shared healthcare delivery goals.
