Software Developer (Immediate Hiring)

The Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications. This role involves writing clean and efficient code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that web solutions are user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing. What You’ll Do: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Flask (backend) and ReactJS (frontend) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software Build and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices, coding standards, and version control guidelines (Git) Ensure applications are responsive, secure, and performant across devices and browsers Implement UI components with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring modern design principles and accessibility standards Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full technology stack Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and continuously improve code quality Stay updated with emerging technologies, including AI tools and practices, and apply best practices in software development What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in software development Proficient in Python and Flask for back-end development Strong expertise in ReactJS for front-end development Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node.js , and responsive design principles Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web application architecture Experience with version control systems such as Git Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Effective collaboration and teamwork abilities Good communication skills, both written and verbal Preferred (Optional): Knowledge of additional frameworks (e.g., Django or Next.js ) Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Jest ) Exposure to WordPress development and customization Experience integrating AI/LLM services into applications (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar APIs) Familiarity with AI concepts such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or AI agents Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) What you’ll enjoy: Physical Wellbeing: Enjoy the freedom and flexibility of a fully remote role, with the expectation of strong self-discipline and accountability.
