Once Here, You will be involved in: Software Product Development: Apply agile values and principles to design, build, and scale user-centric full-stack applications (leveraging frameworks like Java Spring and ReactJS). Technical Architecture & Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, UX designers, and DevSecOps engineers to define technical requirements, scope tasks, and deliver end-to-end solutions. Engineering Excellence: Drive software engineering best practices, including automated testing, code reviews, DevSecOps pipelines, and CI/CD adoption. Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of continuous learning by writing clean, maintainable code, developing technical documentation, and sharing insights with the broader engineering community. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with more than 2 years of relevant working experience may be considered for a Senior Software Developer position. Relevant Experience & Mindset Full-Stack Proficiency: Experience in full-stack development, with solid proficiency in modern frameworks such as Java Spring and ReactJS. Engineering Fundamentals: Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design patterns, and clean code principles. Agile & Modern Delivery: Familiarity with agile methodologies, API design (e.g., REST), code versioning (e.g., Git), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across diverse stakeholders. Growth Mindset: Passionate, self-motivated, and eager to adopt new technologies, architectural patterns, and AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly. It Would Be a Bonus If You Have Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Knowledge of containerisation and microservices architecture (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
