About the role
Als Software consultant zal je instaan voor volgende zaken: Begeleiden van implementatieprojecten bij klanten; Opleidingen en trainingen geven zowel online als op locatie; Support verlenen aan klanten via telefoon en e-mail; Klanten adviseren en meedenken over optimale softwareoplossingen; Testen van nieuwe software-updates en bijdragen aan documentatie; Klantfeedback verzamelen en terugkoppelen naar het productteam. Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat? Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma of gelijkwaardig door minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie; Sterke interesse in IT en softwaretoepassingen; Ervaring in customer support, helpdesk of software implementatie; Affiniteit met notariaat is mooi meegenomen; Zeer goede kennis Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis Frans is een pluspunt.
