Salary: $61,600 - 113,900 per year Requirements: We look for 4-7 years of software development experience in enterprise environments. We need strong Java and Spring Boot development skills. We expect experience with REST APIs, microservices, and application integration. We require solid Oracle SQL and relational database experience. We want experience with CI/CD pipelines, Agile delivery, and DevOps practices. We look for experience with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, or comparable container platforms. We value experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar solutions. We expect understanding of generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled software development practices. We require knowledge of Responsible AI principles, including security, privacy, governance, and risk management. We need strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration abilities. Loan IQ experience is strongly preferred. Commercial lending, syndicated lending, or loan servicing experience is preferred. AWS cloud experience is preferred. Experience with Kafka, MQ, and event-driven architectures is preferred. Experience with workflow automation, intelligent document processing, or AI-enabled business solutions is preferred. Python development experience is preferred. Exposure to LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI orchestration frameworks is preferred. Responsibilities: We design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications and integrations. We build APIs, microservices, and automation solutions that support Loan Servicing platforms. We contribute to Loan IQ enhancements, modernization efforts, and production support activities. We partner with Business Analysts, Operations, QA, Architecture, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC. We troubleshoot and resolve production issues while driving continuous improvement. We use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, documentation, and delivery efficiency. We contribute to workflow automation, intelligent document processing, and AI-enabled business solutions. We ensure our solutions align with security, risk, audit, and governance standards.
