Social Media / Videographer Intern

SCAILE is building the infrastructure that makes brands visible in AI search. As ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews replace traditional search, we help companies get discovered and recommended by AI systems. We combine a proprietary Content Engine with AI agents to create, optimize, and deploy content at scale. Supported by Google Cloud for Startups and NCA VC, we're already live with clients like Beurer and Lyceum Technologies. As AI takes over more of the building, the human story behind it matters more than ever. We're looking for a Social Media / Videographer Intern to own how SCAILE shows up in public. You'll capture the founder journey, the team, and the build, and turn it into content that grows our visibility across LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. Tasks Own SCAILE's social presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Reddit and emerging channels Shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video: founder journeys, behind-the-scenes, and product moments Document "building in public": turn the day-to-day of an AI startup into a consistent content stream Plan and run a content calendar; test formats and iterate fast on what performs Track engagement and reach, and use it to sharpen the next round of content Tasks will vary, but this gives you a good sense of the remit: broad, hands-on social and video Requirements Hands-on video skills: shooting and editing (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar) A feel for social storytelling and what makes people stop scrolling Self-starter who can own channels end-to-end in a fast-moving startup Comfortable staying on top of trends across LinkedIn, YouTube, and X Strong communication and a bias for shipping Bonus: design skills (Figma, Canva) and familiarity with AI content tools Benefits Paid internship with the potential to grow into a full-time role Work directly with the founders and shape SCAILE's public brand from day one High-ownership, fast-paced culture with real, visible impact Access to modern AI infrastructure and tooling Ready to move fast, build bold, and put a startup's story on camera?
