Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description Define meaningful SLIs and SLOs with service teams. Own the ORR process for new services and major changes. Strengthen the incident-to-improvement pipeline with postmortems. Provide reliability guidance in architecture reviews and resilience design. Identify and quantify operational toil; automate it away. Design sustainable on-call practices and runbooks. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in SRE/production engineering or reliability roles. Software mindset; you write code and build tooling. Define/operationalize SLOs/SLIs and error budgets. Deep incident response and postmortem facilitation. Experience with large-scale multi-tenant systems (Postgres bonus).
