Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Team: SRE & DevOps (Vietnam BE) Role Summary We're looking for an SRE to keep our production services healthy and to support the day-to-day operations of our Vietnam engineering team. The role combines hands-on reliability engineering for our AWS-based platform with local operations support for the Vietnam office. Key Responsibilities Reliability & Operations Monitor production resource health daily (RDS CPU/memory/IOPS/capacity, slow SQL, EC2 alarms, EKS/ECS/Lambda) and feed back to dev teams for optimization Maintain on-call coverage and lead/support incident response, including post-mortems Assist developers with service deployments, provisioning new services, and modifying service resources Support querying of non-sensitive production data on behalf of developers Define and track SLOs/SLIs; participate in capacity planning and performance optimization DevOps & Infrastructure Operate the CI/CD pipeline (CloudBuild); own deployment and rollback procedures Manage infrastructure-as-code via AWS CloudFormation templates Handle database migrations, backup/recovery, and performance tuning Vietnam Local Operations Support local IT setup and onboarding for the Vietnam team (accounts, VPN/Pritunl, jump server, credentials) Maintain internal tooling and access (jump.d.truckerpath.com, nav portal) Coordinate daily reporting and act as the local operations point of contact Your Skills and Experience Requirements Requirements Solid experience operating production workloads on AWS (EC2, RDS, EKS/ECS, Lambda) Strong Linux, networking, and shell/scripting skills Experience with CI/CD systems and infrastructure-as-code SQL and database operations proficiency Comfortable with on-call rotation and incident handling Good written English for cross-team collaboration Nice to Have IaC at scale (CloudFormation/Terraform), Kubernetes operations Observability/monitoring tooling experience Prior experience supporting a distributed/remote engineering org Why You'll Love Working Here At Moatable, we prioritize talent development.
