Working closely with merchandising, planning, and operational teams, you will help optimize the online shopping journey and improve campaign performance. You will play a key role in ensuring customers discover the right products and promotions through seamless digital experiences. Accountabilities: The Site Merchandising Coordinator - Promotions will coordinate and execute promotional site experiences, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong customer engagement across digital platforms. Execute promotional site updates across web, mobile, and app channels, ensuring campaigns are accurate, customer-focused, and delivered on time. Build and maintain promotional product sorting strategies, category assortments, and featured product collections. Manage promotional navigation updates and digital placements to support campaign visibility and customer discovery. Create and maintain project briefs using workflow management tools, ensuring requirements, timelines, and stakeholder alignment are clearly managed. Perform detailed quality assurance before and after promotional launches, validating messaging, pricing, links, product assortments, navigation, and overall customer experience. Partner with planning teams to align promotional assortments with inventory levels, business priorities, and customer demand. Support promotional reporting and post-launch reviews by identifying opportunities for improvement and process optimization. Continuously improve promotional workflows, execution processes, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver consistent digital experiences. Requirements: The ideal candidate has experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or retail operations, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, digital merchandising, retail operations, or a related field. Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced retail or digital environment. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, product management systems, or content management systems preferred. Experience performing website quality assurance and validating digital customer experiences. Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms is a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and coordinate across multiple stakeholders. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and customer experience.
