About the role We are looking for a Senior SharePoint Developer to join a collaborative team working on digital workplace solutions based on SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud services. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of applications supporting Workforce Planning & Analytics processes. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced IT specialists, bringing your own ideas and expertise while helping shape modern, scalable cloud solutions. Your responsibilities: • Develop modern web applications using frontend frameworks integrated with cloud-based APIs • Build SharePoint Online components using SPFx (React, TypeScript, Fluent UI) • Design and develop custom APIs and backend services in Azure (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB) • Autmate processes and maintenance using PowerShell (PnP cmdlets) • Support integrations between on-premises systems and cloud environments • Participate in troubleshooting and collaborate with Microsoft Support • Ensure solutions meet internal standards and frameworks • Work closely with stakeholders and contribute to solution design and improvements Must have: • Strong experience with .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core Web API and C# • Hands-on experience with TypeScript and React (modern frameworks) • Experience designing REST APIs and distributed web applications • Knowledge of EF Core and SQL Server / Azure SQL (including query optimization basics) • Familiarity with Azure services (App Service, Functions, Application Insights) • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines (YAML), and Git workflows • Understanding of Azure AD and role-based security models • Experience with modern UI libraries (Fluent UI and/or KendoReact) • Knowledge of architecture patterns (CQRS, MediatR) • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Strong problem-solving skills and full-stack mindset Nice to have: • Experience with Azure Functions (v4) • Familiarity with TanStack React Query and caching strategies • Experience with SharePoint / SPFx development • Knowledge of performance tuning in distributed systems • Experience improving CI/CD and release automation processes What we offer: • Employment flexibility (B2B or contract) • International, long-term projects with leading global clients • Hybrid or remote work model • Access to the latest technologies and tools • Professional development opportunities (training, certifications) • Friendly and collaborative work environment • Employee benefits package (depending on contract type) Recruitment process: • HR screening • Client interview • Decision & offer
