📋 Description Ensure the ServiceNow platform is up to date by applying patches and performing version upgrades. Automate application logic using workflow, scheduled script executions, and inbound and outbound Create and manage workflows, including flow designer, to automate business processes. Design and maintain the Service Catalogue, including defining and configuring items, order guides Build and enhance UI components, including forms, lists, and UI pages. Write and maintain scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript) for various ServiceNow components such as 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Developer experience Proven track record of improving processes and effectiveness through automation. Strong understanding of IT service management and the ITIL framework. Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
