📋 Description Design and build ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, CSM. Develop apps, workflows, UI policies, and scripts using JavaScript on ServiceNow. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST, SOAP, MID Server. Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Participate in SDLC: design, development, testing, deployment, support. Conduct code reviews and adhere to ServiceNow standards. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years as ServiceNow Developer with multi-module experience. Strong JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, client scripts, UI actions. ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB experience. REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server integrations. Update sets, ATF, and instance cloning experience. ITIL v3/v4 understanding and mapping to ServiceNow workflows.
