Salary: $124,800 - 145,600 per year Requirements: Must be local to Charlotte, NC; New York, NY; Phoenix, AZ; or Salt Lake City, UT. ServiceNow certification; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credentials are preferred. At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions and components, and 8+ years of overall development experience. Experience migrating the IRM module, including Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management. Experience creating, managing, and mapping policies and standards in the Risk and Compliance application; automating evidence collection and compliance reporting; planning, executing, and reporting on audits; integrating audit data with risk and compliance information; creating audit workflows with Flow Designer; and automating vendor assessments and remediation workflows. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB. Experience with programming methodologies and technologies including JavaScript, REST APIs, XML, Java, Jelly scripting, and AngularJS. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical solutions to technical teams and senior leaders. Understanding of GRC/IRM industry trends. Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, computer engineering, or another technical discipline. Preferred: working knowledge of GCP, experience in systems analysis or programming, experience building and executing JavaScript utilities, conceptual architecture knowledge, and 5+ years of Agile experience, including hands-on Scaled Agile Framework experience. Knowledge of machine learning or generative AI is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities: Design scalable, effective solutions across Compliance and Risk domains and configure the ServiceNow platform to support business needs. Apply business and technical expertise to help develop and deliver partner strategies on time and within budget. Deliver development projects across the life cycle, from requirements analysis and design through development, testing, implementation, and documentation. Prepare technical and implementation design documents, provide phase estimates, and maintain program specifications and implementation documentation. Conduct implementation and code reviews to check alignment with development, implementation, and performance standards; coach and mentor scrum team engineers on design and coding practices. Work with the scrum team to prepare configurations for production. Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; review test scripts and align testing with the broader strategy. Escalate issues, provide feedback, and recommend changes to implementation specifications. Advise product owners on approaches for successfully delivering their requirements. Contribute to technical roadmaps and architectural direction, including product evaluations, tooling recommendations, and assessments of third-party technical and security capabilities. Participate in an Agile scrum team using relevant principles and tools, including Rally.
