About the Role We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Engineer L1 to join our client and provide exceptional technical support to end-users. This role is critical in ensuring smooth IT operations and delivering high-quality customer service. Skills & Experience Required Provide first-line Service Desk support, responding to user enquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Manage user account administration, including the creation, modification, and removal of accounts in line with security procedures. Act as the primary point of contact for Service Desk calls, delivering professional and customer-focused support. Monitor and triage Help Desk tickets, ensuring incidents and service requests are prioritised and assigned appropriately. Perform general Level 1 technical support activities, troubleshooting hardware, software, and access-related issues. Maintain accurate service records and escalate complex issues to relevant support teams while ensuring timely resolution and communication.
