Sequencing R&D Technician

📋 Description Process samples for developmental research as directed by the R&D team. Collaborate with the R&D Manager to ensure samples are processed in alignment with quality Support the upkeep and organization of the lab, including equipment and supplies. Adhere to the lab’s Quality Assurance (QA) system and follow all safety protocols. Contribute to and assist with R&D workflows: completing and maintaining lab documentation and Communicate results, challenges, and updates clearly and effectively with internal teams. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology Minimum 1-3 years experience in an industry lab; preferred 1-3 years experience with sequencing. Familiarity with sequencing - library prep, RT-PCR, DNA/RNA extraction. Willingness to receive training in molecular biology techniques and R&D protocols. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with high accuracy.
