Develop and manage Workday integrations for HCM, Payroll, and Benefits systems.
📋 Description Develop Workday integrations with Cloud Connect, Document Transformation, EIB, and Studio for HCM/Payroll/Benefits/Recruiting Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications Own architectural docs and review tech designs Lead PoCs, demos, and post-deployment support for cross-team integrations Perform impact analysis, enhancements, changes, and upgrades 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in IT/software engineering 3+ years in Workday integration (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting) Advanced knowledge of Workday EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect Experience testing integrations and documenting test scenarios with stakeholders Knowledge of Web Services, SOAP, XML, REST, JSON Bachelor's degree or equivalent; CI/CD experience a plus 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive health insurance Learning and development resources
