Senior UX/UI Designer

Our client is a public listed, regional Fintech company offering a diversified product portfolio in a key markets across Asia Pacific. Job Responsibilities: Adopt a user-centered design concept and evaluate and revise your concepts as quickly as possible Convert ideas into consumer mock-ups, prototypes, flows and wireframes that result in simple user interactions Support brand strategy for virtual goods by studying, envisioning, drawing, developing, and customer interactions Create user journeys, mock-ups, user stories and wireframes that are customized for a variety of technologies and displays Analyse layout issues and come up with attractive alternatives Create key layout and consumer choices on essential functionality and services, as well as new ones Acquire and assess customers' requirements in coordination with product managers and engineers Create visual UI components such as tabs, widgets and menus Create lookup options and website navigation bar Create unique visual contents Create drafts and submit them to team members and important stakeholders Identifying and resolving UX issues Follow style guidelines Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as UX/UI Designer position Bachelor of degree in Design, computer science or related Collaborate with the product development team and consumers to decipher precise criteria and create entire consumer experience that satisfy the client's goals and expectations Strong expertise designing solutions utilizing UX design best practices and a thorough knowledge of mobile-first and adaptable layout A thorough understanding of user-centered design (UCD), usability testing and execution, user testing, heuristic analysis, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility issues Capability to quickly and creatively develop design ideas Capability to explain planning process, concepts, and results to colleagues and stakeholders in an efficient and unambiguous manner A firm grasp of the significance of user-centered design and design philosophy Capability to work well in a group situation, particularly the ability to translate abstract concepts into specific design implications Be enthusiastic about working directly with groups and other users in a dispersed model to submit innovative solutions for acceptance on a frequent basis Be enthusiastic about using great design to alleviate user problem areas Additional Information: Job Type: Full time, Permanent Salary range: $4500 - $6500 Public listed company *Interested candidates are invited to send in your Resume in MS Word Format* stating your past work experience, reasons for each leave, past and expected remuneration.
