📋 Description Run 2-4 structured discovery conversations weekly across personas. Build and maintain live opportunity maps for all three Outcome DRIs. Translate research findings into direction briefs for PMs and DRIs. Own the failure library of customers who could not reach value. Run monthly FDE synthesis to update opportunity maps. Run monthly end-to-end validation of the full customer journey. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in product or UX research in B2B SaaS. Synthesize across personas into actionable opportunity maps. Translate research into direction with PMs and leadership. Disciplined, clear async written communication of findings. Strong ability to structure customer language for DRIs.
