Senior UX Product Designer

Salary: $159000 - 212000 per year Requirements: At least five years of experience in user experience design; product design experience is preferred. Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative or technical discipline. Responsibilities: Design complex user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interface components to create a smooth experience across mobile and web, while adhering to established brand guidelines. Build UX information architecture strategies that strengthen the user interface and support cross-functional business and marketing initiatives. Work with cross-department partners and business leaders to prioritize UX efforts that align with company objectives and convert user feedback into actionable product enhancements. Collaborate with research and analytics teams to bring quantitative and qualitative insights into the design process and validate ideas through experimentation. Review market trends, competitor activity, OKRs, and user behavior to shape UX strategy and guide product direction. Champion user-centered design solutions that adapt to evolving business goals and customer needs, while staying current on new technologies and design trends. Uphold UX best practices and efficiency standards, and coach junior team members through guidance, training, and mentorship. Build and maintain a strong internal network to encourage collaboration, support department-wide initiatives, and ensure UX has a voice in planning and decision-making. Take part in special initiatives and complete additional duties as needed.
