Senior User Experience Researcher

📋 Description Lead end-to-end user research across the product lifecycle. Translate business and healthcare questions into research plans. Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, Clinical, Regulatory, and Eng teams. Synthesize findings into insights, frameworks, and action-oriented roadmaps. Plan and manage multiple concurrent research initiatives. Design and facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or related field. 5+ years of user research in product, healthcare, or tech. Expertise in generative and evaluative research methods. Facilitates workshops and cross-functional decision-making. Exceptional communication and storytelling across audiences.
