Proactively communicate, report progress, and propose technical solutions when issues arise. Able to mentor junior members or interns in the team. Your Skills and Experience Must Have At least 6+ years of experience in Unity game development (C#) Participated in at least one game project from start to release Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Proficient in Unity, OOP, Design Patterns, and performance optimization (FPS/memory) Passionate about game programming, with a preference for Puzzle genre Nice to Have Experience in handling Crash/ANR issues and building tools for designers Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Previously worked on puzzle game projects Knowledge of Shaders, VFX pipeline, and asset optimization Additional skills in NodeJS, Python, Nim Why You'll Love Working Here Open, comfortable working environment, encouraging personal development.
