Senior UI/UX Design & Front-End Lead

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Senior UI/UX Design & Front-End LeadResponsibilities:Lead the full requirements-to-prototype process, from stakeholder discovery and requirements clarification to wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designsDefine and maintain UI/UX standards, interaction patterns and design systems across client-facing portal applicationsDesign and develop key React.js and TypeScript components, shared UI libraries and reusable front-end solutionsEstablish front-end architecture, coding standards and development best practicesReview pull requests and provide actionable feedback on code quality, architecture, usability and design fidelityCollaborate with backend and API teams to ensure proposed user experiences are technically feasible and aligned with service and data constraintsEnsure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and responsive design principlesConduct usability testing and validation sessions and improve solutions based on user feedback, analytics and business requirementsMentor mid-level developers in UI/UX design thinking, React development and front-end engineering best practicesRepresent the portal area in architecture, design and technical governance discussionsEnsure delivered solutions are scalable, maintainable, accessible and consistent across applications Requirements:14+ years of overall experience in software, digital product or application design and development8+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScriptStrong portfolio demonstrating advanced UI/UX design and product design experienceExpert knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, including component libraries and design systemsStrong experience with React component architecture, hooks, state management and reusable UI developmentProven ability to translate high-fidelity designs into production-ready, responsive and accessible interfacesStrong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and modern responsive design practicesExperience working with modern CI/CD environments and containerized applications using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShiftExperience conducting code reviews and providing technical and design guidance to development teamsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to explain and defend design and technical decisions to both business and engineering stakeholdersExperience mentoring developers and supporting technical decision-making within a front-end teamFluency in English (both written and spoken)Nice to have:Working knowledge of Java or .NET environmentsExperience with Micro Frontend architectures, including technologies such as Module Federation or single-spaBasic knowledge of SQL and relational databasesPrevious experience within financial services, fund administration or transfer agency platforms Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
