📋 Description Own reported issues from start to finish Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify root causes Reproduce issues and write detailed bug reports Escalate unresolved issues to dev teams and document fixes Manage production incidents and participate in on-call rotations Develop and report key metrics; write complex SQL queries Drive cross-team initiatives with area-wide impact Design new services and tooling 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in Technical Support, SRE, or similar Strong software programming and system architecture knowledge REST APIs and webhooks experience Troubleshoot web apps and identify root causes Grafana and observability tooling experience Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and scripts Comfortable on Mac, Linux, and Windows Incident management experience 🎁 Benefits Full-remote job within eligible USA locations (West Coast based) Stock options 401(k) matching Medical, dental, and vision insurance Learning & Development and Health budgets Four weeks of fully paid sabbatical after 5 years
