📋 Description Serves as final escalation point for the most complex issues, owning end-to-end resolution. Investigates and triages Jira tickets to Product/Development; deflects where possible. Executes targeted SQL queries against client and app databases to diagnose data issues. Analyzes logs, API calls, and traces to reproduce failures and summarize causes. Reads and interprets code in C#, SQL, JavaScript, or Python to understand behavior. Authors Jira tickets with reproduction steps and findings for escalations.
