📋 Description Own the mobile product roadmap with a focus on consumer engagement, retention, and delight Lead App Store strategy — release planning, guideline compliance, and submission management Work with engineering to review approaches, contribute to architecture, and write clear specs Identify, scope, and deliver AI-powered features that improve the consumer experience Define success metrics and hold the team accountable to measurable outcomes Collaborate with design on UX, balancing constraints with user goals 🎯 Requirements Cosmetics/Beauty industry experience is a big win. Proven Senior PM with a track record in consumer mobile products Deep hands-on familiarity with the iOS App Store — real operational experience Must be able to code in Python or Java Experience shipping AI or ML features in a consumer product Remote work experience with Slack/Zoom/Google Workspace or similar
