Influence platform-wide implementations and quality across engagements. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in ServiceNow; deep platform expertise. Core platform: Integrations, IntegrationHub, Flows, Portals, Workspaces. Product depth across ITSM and at least one other suite. Hands-on coding: JavaScript, Glide API, REST, auth, data-import pipelines. UI fluency: Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspace, Catalog/Record Producers. Quality focus: tests, reviews, Agile/Scrum with estimates. Collaborative mentor; lifelong learner. Certifications welcomed: CSA, CAD, CIS.
