📋 Description Own end-to-end solution build meeting platform standards. Guide development activities and mentor consultants. Partner with Principal consultants to refine solutions. Lead work beyond ITSM in at least one additional product suite. Translate complex business needs into scalable outcomes. Influence platform-wide implementations and quality across engagements. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in ServiceNow; deep platform expertise. Core platform: Integrations, IntegrationHub, Flows, Portals, Workspaces. Product depth across ITSM and at least one other suite. Hands-on coding: JavaScript, Glide API, REST, auth, data-import pipelines. UI fluency: Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspace, Catalog/Record Producers. Quality focus: tests, reviews, Agile/Scrum with estimates. Collaborative mentor; lifelong learner. Certifications welcomed: CSA, CAD, CIS.
