Design and implement scalable and distributed solutions to meet complex business requirements. Utilize PostgreSQL for database management and integration within services. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals. Develop comprehensive testing strategies, including unit and integration testing, to ensure reliable and secure applications. Leverage public cloud platforms such as Azure for deploying and scaling applications. Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices and conducting regular code reviews. Your Skills and Experience Fluent in English 7+ years of experience in Java development with a deep knowledge of the Spring Boot framework. Strong coding ability — candidates will be assessed through a practical coding test during the interview process Experience leading a small engineering team (2–3 members) or serving as a Technical Lead, including task delegation, code review, and driving technical decisions Proven track record of developing microservices and distributed systems. Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and database design principles. Experienced with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. Familiarity with public cloud services (AWS/Azure), including management and configuration. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
