Senior T24 Architect – Core Banking

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Senior T24 Architect – Core BankingResponsibilities:Define and evolve the architecture roadmap for Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact and surrounding Core Banking capabilitiesDesign target-state architecture, standards and principles aligned with business and technology strategyProvide end-to-end architectural leadership across complex transformation and delivery initiativesTranslate business requirements into scalable, resilient and implementable architecture solutionsDesign integrations between Core Banking and areas such as payments, digital channels, lending, deposits, customer management and data platformsDefine application interfaces, data flows and dependencies across systems, infrastructure and external servicesEvaluate architecture options and technical trade-offs considering business value, delivery risk and complexitySupport modernization and simplification of the Core Banking ecosystem while maintaining service stabilityPromote API-first, event-driven and cloud-enabled architecture where appropriateReduce technical complexity and improve platform maintainability, testability and operabilityDefine non-functional requirements covering availability, security, performance, scalability, resilience and operabilityLead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirementsIdentify architectural risks, technical debt and lifecycle concerns and define appropriate remediation approachesCollaborate with business owners, Product and Solution Management, engineering teams, Enterprise Architects and external vendorsProvide architectural guidance for strategic technology and Core Banking investment decisions Requirements:Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT architecture, solution design or senior engineering rolesStrong experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos TransactDeep understanding of Core Banking systems, processes and integration architectureProven experience leading architecture for large-scale transformation, migration or modernization programmesStrong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, event-driven architectures and complex system dependenciesExperience designing highly available, secure, resilient and scalable banking solutionsExperience working across multiple teams, products or markets within complex enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of banking technology standards, regulatory requirements and operational resilienceAbility to translate complex business requirements into practical architecture solutionsExperience collaborating with senior business, technology and external vendor stakeholdersFluency in English (both written and spoken) Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
