About the role
The Technical Advisor assists our clients in their digitalization projects. Manage the service level agreements as stated in the Managed Services contract Ensure service requests raised by customers are prioritized and delivered in accordance with the agreed timeline Be the point of contact for clients for on-going operations and projects Be the technical advisor for clients in digitalization projects Involve in service improvement and recovery Responsible for team KPIs - monitor and report KPIs Report to Manager on any issue that could significantly impact the client Requirements At least 3-years hands-on experience in Systems/ Network deployment work Preferably with 2-years experience in project management and team management role Good customer service and able to manage customer well Good written and verbal communication skills Good presentation skills Well-organized and good at juggling multiple tasks
