Senior Systems Analyst - SQL (Health Finance)

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in application support, systems maintenance, or healthcare IT systems. Strong application troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Understanding of incident, change, and problem management processes. Database knowledge and application development skills like SQL and SQL Reporting. Experience in developing report using SQL Server Reporting Services. Prior hands-on experience with technologies such as .NET, Java or Web Services Relevant experience in project, user & vendor management preferred Able to work independently. Experience with production support and vendor management. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, multi-tasking, flexible and adaptable to changes. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Good team player, resourceful, flexible and excellent working attitude. Experience supporting patient administration, bed management, or healthcare operational systems. Knowledge of healthcare workflows and data governance practices. Knowledge of business and IT in healthcare industry is an added advantage. Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
