Senior System Engineer

Salary: $120000 - 120000 per year Requirements: We require onsite availability in Detroit, MI 48239. We require successful completion of drug and background screening. We are looking for a senior-level systems engineer with experience in plant or shopfloor security, risk, and vulnerability management. We value strong subject matter expertise in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing operational risks. We prefer experience supporting backup, recovery, contingency, and incident response planning for industrial environments. Responsibilities: We lead or support Plant Risk Management meetings and provide subject matter expertise to identify, describe, quantify, and rank risks. We help define remediation or compensating plans and support decisions on risk acceptances. We lead or support local Vulnerability Management meetings and guide vulnerability analysis and remediation within defined timelines. We assess supplier-related risks and integrate them into local risk management processes. We evaluate risks for critical shopfloor changes and projects, including tool introductions. We execute security profiles for high-profile solutions and oversee the plant security posture. We manage exceptions to endpoint protection and access control baselines. We monitor asset inventory accuracy and support local change feasibility assessments. We support the implementation of event-monitoring solutions on the shopfloor. We oversee the availability of local recovery and incident plans. We support the investigation and remediation of security incidents or events using available data and coordinate with other OTSEs. We drive the development and implementation of backup, recovery, and contingency plans for the shopfloor.
