Senior System Administrator

Brief Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Senior System Administrator, where you will play a pivotal role in managing Microsoft 365 services and IT infrastructure to enhance organizational efficiency. Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and provide support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams. Implement and maintain M365 security and compliance features, such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access. Manage Active Directory, including user provisioning and access control. Oversee and support network infrastructure, focusing on firewalls and VPN connectivity. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across servers and endpoints. Provide desktop support for users on Windows devices and Office applications. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including patching and backup operations. Support deployment, migration, and administration activities for M365. Maintain accurate IT documentation related to systems and configurations. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless IT operations. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or a related field. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT and cybersecurity. Experience in monitoring and maintaining Microsoft 365 email systems. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and related software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
