Senior/Staff Applied Scientist/Research Engineer

📋 Description Run pre-training, post-training and deployment of SOTA models on GPU clusters. Generate and curate data for pre/post-training and evaluate model performance. Develop tools/frameworks to enable data generation, training, evaluation and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex use cases using agents and RAG pipelines. Manage research projects and communications with client research teams. 🎯 Requirements Fluent in English and Korean with strong communication. Expert in PyTorch or JAX. Able to contribute to large codebases independently. Write clean, high-performance, fault-tolerant Python code. Self-driven; you ship without roadmaps or a manager. Low-ego, collaborative and eager to learn.
