Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing SaaS/platform solutions company. Experience in technical discovery, consultative solutioning, and value-based technical selling to map enterprise business goals to technical solutions. Experience writing SQL and Python, working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and navigating containerisation platforms like Docker or Kubernetes. Experience engaging with, presenting to, and influencing both technical stakeholders and executive leaders across complex organisations. Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field. Experience with GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI, graph database platforms (e.g., Meridian Softworks, AWS Neptune, ArangoDB), and data visualisation frameworks (e.g., D3.js, Sigma.js, Linkurious, or modern BI tools). Solid understanding of modern data platforms, advanced analytics, and AI/ML architectures—specifically operationalising Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents within enterprise environments. Proven track record of building joint go-to-market (GTM) solutions and driving co-sell initiatives alongside hyperscalers, strategic ISVs, and global systems integrators. Deep industry vertical expertise within highly regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Government, Security, or Telecommunications. About the job As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be a key driver of Meridian Softworks’s growth across the region by shaping technical solutions that address complex enterprise data & AI challenges. You will serve as the technical authority during the pre-sales lifecycle, moving beyond standard product demonstrations to architect robust, value-driven Graph solutions. You will engage deeply with customers and strategic partners—including hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud—to design interconnected data ecosystems that prove the tangible ROI of the Meridian Softworks portfolio. In this role, you will blend consultative technical prowess, sales acumen, and cloud ecosystem collaboration to accelerate adoption and secure the technical win. Responsibilities Drive the technical win for complex enterprise accounts, leading deep technical discovery, value-based sales presentations, and competitive positioning from evaluation through deal conversion. Design, build, and deliver high-impact proof-of-value (PoV) prototypes, tailored solution architectures, and whiteboarding workshops that clearly articulate Meridian Softworks’s unique value proposition and ROI. Partner closely with hyperscalers, systems integrators, and strategic ISVs to architect joint data solutions, execute co-sell initiatives, and deliver technical enablement programs. Act as a cross-functional technical orchestrator, collaborating with internal sales teams on opportunity qualification and ensuring a seamless architectural handoff to Professional Services and implementation partners. Champion Meridian Softworks’s technology in the market by contributing to thought leadership, delivering technical webinars, authoring blogs, and speaking at industry conferences and local developer community events.
