Senior Solutions Architect

Salary: $354000 - 389000 per year Requirements: We are looking for 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or customer-facing engineering for enterprise SaaS solutions. We value experience across AI, observability, AIOps, automation, and enterprise operations. A masters degree in engineering is preferred. You should have a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals. You need a strong technical foundation in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure technologies, with hands-on exposure to Kubernetes, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, observability, incident response, or cybersecurity. You should have proven success leading proof-of-value engagements from discovery through implementation, with clear technical and business outcomes. Excellent communication skills are required, including the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders. You should be comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment and bring initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. Experience building technical demos, integrations, automation, or scripts with Python, APIs, Terraform, or similar tools is a plus. A customer-first mindset and a genuine interest in helping clients succeed through technology adoption are important. Responsibilities: We partner with prospective customers to understand their technical needs and requirements. We deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements. We act as trusted advisors throughout the sales cycle. We work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to support customer success and influence product direction. We develop scalable technical assets to improve how we support customers. We help build and grow the Solutions Engineering function.
