Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to play a key role in shaping complex technology initiatives that span customer, network and operational domains, helping translate business strategy into practical, scalable and future-focused solutions. In this role, you'll work with our Business Value Streams, Network Operations and Marketing. You will collaborate with other delivery squads, platform owners, vendors and business stakeholders to create clear end-to-end architecture for important change initiatives. You will provide architectural leadership from solution validation through design, delivery, testing, release and operational transition. You'll translate business outcomes and operational needs into solution options, architecture decisions and delivery guidance, helping teams manage dependencies, trade-offs, risks and integration impacts. In this role you will lead out on initiatives to introduce new products into the market, enhance our marketing and sales pipeline, and improve our customer experience for our products and services. This is a broad architecture role suited to someone who enjoys connecting the dots across multiple systems, platforms and teams and along the way, you'll have the opportunity to mentor others, contribute to architecture best practice and help shape the future of our technology landscape. Ō Wheako, ō Pūkenga | Your Experience You'll bring strong solution architecture experience gained within large, complex technology environments, along with the ability to influence and collaborate across a diverse range of stakeholders. Ideally, you'll have experience across a number of the following areas: · Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions across multiple business and technology domains. · Strong understanding of telecommunications, BSS and OSS environments, including customer ordering, provisioning, service assurance, network inventory and operational support processes. · Experience working with customer and channel platforms such as Salesforce and related digital workflow solutions. · Exposure to network inventory, GIS or geospatial platforms and the associated data, integration and operational processes. · Experience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions and data governance practices, including technologies such as Snowflake. · Strong understanding of integration and automation patterns, including APIs, MuleSoft, event-driven architectures and system-to-system integrations. · Experience working with cloud-based and vendor-managed platforms, ideally including AWS and modern security and access management practices. · The ability to simplify complex problems, evaluate trade-offs, manage architecture risks and communicate clear recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. · Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across business, technology and delivery teams without direct ownership of underlying platforms.
