Break down large platform initiatives into clear, incremental milestones. Establish frontend standards, architecture patterns, and best practices. Coach and mentor engineers and managers to grow technically and as leaders. Web architecture: component libraries, build systems, CI/CD, microfrontends. Experience with internal developer platforms supporting multiple product teams.
