Senior Software Engineering Manager, Credit Card

Salary: $195,000 - 300,000 per year Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline. 10+ years of software development experience with languages such as Java, C++, or Scala. 4+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in a highly regulated, precision-driven environment. Demonstrated success building and supporting large-scale distributed systems. Hands-on experience with agile delivery methods and a strong commitment to code quality, testing, and long-term maintainability. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to perform well under pressure. Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices-based architectures. Experience in crypto or fintech is preferred. Understanding of blockchain technologies and crypto wallets is preferred. We plan and advance highly automated build, test, and deployment frameworks with our infrastructure and internal partners. We lead, manage, and mentor engineers while supporting goal-setting, performance feedback, career growth, and ongoing learning.
