📋 Description Lead and mentor a cross-functional software team. Drive prioritization, execution, and delivery discipline. Partner with quantum hardware, fabrication, and design teams. Build tooling connecting design, fabrication, and data workflows. Shape architecture while remaining hands-on when needed. Scale the team and software platform for growth. 🎯 Requirements BS or equivalent in Software, Electrical, Physics; MS/PhD a plus. 7+ years software engineering; 2+ years in leadership. Experience building data systems in scientific computing. Experience with large datasets, metadata, and scalable data pipelines. Python; JavaScript/TypeScript; AWS; scientific computing.
