Senior Software Engineer, Test Infrastructure

📋 Description Own the architecture of the test-orchestration platform for tests across manufacturing and fleet. Lead a small team of two engineers plus 1–3 contractors; set technical direction. Ensure resilience at scale: safe mid-run cancellations and no result loss. Build APIs/frameworks so other teams plug their test suites into the platform. Collaborate across teams to ship test tooling used in production campaigns. 🎯 Requirements Strong production Python and distributed task/queue systems (Celery) with Redis/RabbitMQ. Design and maintain test frameworks for large codebases (deep pytest) and APIs. Solid distributed-systems fundamentals: debugging, networking, CI/CD, Docker, PostgreSQL. Experience as a technical lead or architect owning an end-to-end system.
