Enhance observability with metrics, logs, tracing, dashboards. Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Drive incident response and on-call coordination with postmortems. Operate uptime-critical production systems. Hands-on AWS: EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch. Strong observability: monitoring, alerting, tracing. CI/CD with GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Buildkite.
