We are looking for a creative and passionate senior software developer to join our Scrum team. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic company and develop enterprise software applications that make our world more sustainable and safer. Responsibilities: Work as part of an agile development team to design, estimate, develop, test, and deliver commercial software products. Mentor and lead more junior members of the team when appropriate Write unit and integration tests and collaborate with QA for resolution of issues Collaborate with product owners and product managers to understand business requirements for user story creation and refinement. Provide input for project estimation, planning, timelines, and status Continuously expand knowledge in the technical and business domain Perform other duties and responsibilities, as necessary. Required Education: University degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience. Required Experience: 5+ years of software development using various technologies, frameworks, and tools Experience with Windows desktop application development in .Net Framework (C#, WPF) and/or C++ (MFC) Experience with distributed systems and REST APIs Experience with database programming (SQL, Oracle) Working knowledge of Agile Scrum development methodologies Working knowledge of Azure DevOps Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Work effectively independently and in a dynamic team environment Ability to collaborate with remote colleagues. Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies Proven time management, organizational and follow-up skills to meet deadlines Quality-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction Excellent interpersonal skills Must be willing to learn new technologies and processes as needed.
