📋 Description Design, build, and maintain systems that enhance privacy across the organization Independently lead large projects from idea to execution Advocate for user privacy with engineering teams and escalate concerns Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and share knowledge Share knowledge via brown bags, tech talks, and promote best practices Contribute to controls, testing, and risk remediation solutions Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enable privacy by design Anticipate problems and suggest architectural improvements 🎯 Requirements 5-7 years of software engineering experience Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go Experience with data systems (DynamoDB, Aurora, Redis, Databricks) Scripting languages: Python, Ruby, Bash Proficient in SQL, Cypher, MQL, or PL/SQL Experience developing distributed systems Experience mentoring engineers through code reviews Experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly or privacy-aware AI
